SMT Golf driver used to break New Zealand Long Drive records
SMT Golf, “The 5-Time RE/MAX World Long Drive Champions and The Winningest Component Company In The History Of Golf,” recorded yet another milestone in their illustrious career in the world of Long Drive. SMT Golf would like to congratulate Baden Waiwai and Kate Chadwick for breaking two New Zealand Long Drive records this past weekend using SMT Golf’s 455 Deep Bore Driver. Baden Waiwai captured the Men’s Open Division with a drive of 383.44 m, which was 40 meters past the next closest competitor. Kate Chadwick dominated the Junior Girls Division in similar fashion with her 455 Deep Bore when she drove the ball 241.15 m. Both of these drives set brand new Long Drive Records for New Zealand and added two more titles to the already impressive list of victories and world records that SMT Golf’s 455 Deep Bore Driver has accumulated over the past 4 years.
Both of these record-setting drives were hit with SMT 455 Deep Bore Drivers that were fit and assembled by none other than Warren Smith of Smith’s Golf in New Zealand www.smithsgolf.co.nz. Smith, SMT Golf’s Master Distributor in New Zealand, has been a long time supporter of the SMT brand and has worked with several International Long Drive Champions over the years. This however may be one of his finest accomplishment’s to date: two drivers…two New Zealand Record Setting drives…now that’s a tough act to follow.
